Using files from the 3D scanning by Hexagon, Tim produced our first 3D printed, red on black, Skeoch key fob, and we send Skeoch themed Christmas cards to supporters of the cycle car project.

The project electronic footprint received a huge boost on 28th December when BBC2 screened the first episode of the Billy Connolly travelogue ‘Made in Scotland’ (see May 2018 for the Shed excerpt); the project was also presented to Dalbeattie & Castle Douglas Rotary Clubs by our Secretary, Geoff.
Our purchase of brake drums & bands arrived from the USA after being held several days for customs approval and tariff payment in Preston.
On the car itself, the principal wooden components were cut out and offered for assembly to the chassis, and the engine components were gathered together ready for re-assembly in the New Year.
